Borderline

I've only talked to a few people about my diagnoses of Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, and major depressive disorder. But the few I have talked to all tell me that I am lucky. I'm lucky that I'm young, I'm lucky that it was discovered early, I'm lucky that I have a name to my madness. I don't feel lucky. I feel like these diagnoses are an end to my life. Yeah, I realize that sounds extremely dramatic, but it's true. All of the things that I imagined my life to be are gone. It won't be easy to move out of my parents house. Borderline people are often not hireable. I don't know what in the world I want to do long term. No man is going to want to marry a borderline. I would be an awful mother. So now what? What do I do...?

Unknown feeling

I've never been good at identifying emotions. The only emotions I can ever think of are sad, mad, and happy.

Well, I have this feeling that's been haunting me for the past few days. I can't put my finger on what it's called. It's like a very deep sense of loss, though I haven't lost anything. It's kind of an anxious pain that moves like a wave from my stomach to my heart. I guess you could describe it as butterflies. But it doesn't make any sense. There's nothing that should be making me feel like this.

And it's crippling. I keep hoping that it will pass, hoping that I can identify the damn thing so I can recognize it and move on... but I just don't understand.

Help?
